Food & Our Spiritual Essence

Over these past few years I have given a lot of thought to our Spiritual Connection with food – what went wrong and how to get back to that special place inside of our bodies where eating, drinking, growing, foraging, fasting and anything related to nourishing ourselves - once again becomes a part of our spiritual essence.

One main thing I have discovered is how much my own spirit has been pushed down – pulled apart and broken off over the years, to reach a place where food was just there for ‘eating’ (pushing something down, aside, keeping things in place) and had little other meaning attached to it.

It has shook me to the core to be able to think of food in a positive way especially in terms of celebration, ceremony and ritual – all coming from a spiritual place. However, working at dropping these old beliefs and building up something new has also taken me on a different journey inwards….

To the soul.

Whenever you think of the word ‘food’ – what is the first thing that comes to mind? Do you draw a blank or do you immediately feel a sinking, deep heaviness of ‘bad’ buried in your gut?

I’ve asked this question of so many people and have had very interesting responses – unfortunately far too often of the ‘bad’ nature. Or at least when describing thoughts around eating, many of us use mixed words & emotions bordering on disordered.

How we got here is another story, however, what we can do about it is all positive! One thing is certain, we are on the upswing moving away from critical thinking around eating & enjoying good food. Especially where rituals and ceremony are concerned.

I think it is about time we started to discover joy in our lives and food, especially when involved in  celebration - food is a fundamental part of that essence. Perhaps eating, food and nourishing ourselves, is the door and 'the way' in.....

Making Room for the Light

For so many years I have prepared for this moment – and certainly over the last decade or so, I have carefully chosen my food and made the necessary changes to my lifestyle as I healed my body. And, right now I feel deep down as if my defences are finally rising and coming into their own.

All of this work has been done on myself (body, mind and soul), in order to be strong, healthy and to have a functioning immune system not to mention all the other side benefits of mind and body connection.

So, why might this be so important you might ask? Good question! First of all, I realized quite some time ago, that our collective immune function (on the earth) was pretty near zero. We have subjected ourselves to so much in such a short period of time, our bodies have been struggling to keep up.

These toxins have done nearly everything imaginable to bring us down and then keep us down.

One thing I have known in my bones for all of my life (I am an Intuitve!LOL) is that there are viruses coming….we (the inhabitants of earth) will have to face something horrific once again.

I say again because throughout our recent history we have been devastated by several plagues, rampant bacteria (TB) as well as flu viruses that have brought millions of people into dark places and kept them there.

We need to be in working order (starting with our physical body) – or else we won’t be able to cope with these nasty bugs. And no, a vaccine won’t do….we can’t keep heaping toxins on top of toxins and wait for health to magically appear.

Where to start with giving your body and immune system a boost right now? Perhaps remove the top three toxins in your diet (look at your ‘addictions’) and find a source of clean, untreated drinking water….

However, whenever anyone asks me what is my absolute top recommendation for health (on all levels and dimensions) – I can only think of one group of toxins that must go….and that is the Deadly Nightshade (potato, tomato, aubergine, peppers, chillies, gogi berries etc.) family.

These carry the energy of death….and are completely contradictory to health, healing and any form of spiritual life. I have been Night Shade free now for several years...during which time my spirit has healed and lifted in new ways and places.

When walking the spiritual path, all energy must be considered and none is more important then the energy of our food. Perhaps it's time to remove a little darkness, to make room for the light....

Towards the Light

There is always a light at the end of the tunnel - of course it leads to the outside. Assuming we have started out on the inside - this is the natural direction we should all be going in. Yet, somehow, some times all we find is more darkness.

Those days when we emerge from our tunnel only to find more of the same darkness (in the form of a mood, a fear or situation), perhaps it's because it is still night. But there are also times when we simply can't see the light that is there - kind of like the dawn that is coming....but not quite bright enough yet.

How can this be? One thing I have discovered about walking this spiritual journey is that often the light needs to be turned on by us, for us and in us. Yes, the dawn is coming, the day is turning towards the sun and the night is fading behind us.

Yet, there are days of bright sunshine when some of us still sit in darkness. It is then up to us to find light where ever we look - to seek out light, sun, brightness and higher vibrations. The light we are seeking is out there, in here and all around.....and it is also seeking us.

We just have to open our eyes, refocus and keep moving forward in faith.

Open Lines of Communication

And then we arrive at today - another Monday, (which I love) in which to create our lives from something new and make them far better then they are right now. But, if it seems like you are always striving, forever trying, feeling frustrated and tired of the same old thing...(or maybe it's just me)

Then it's probably because you are, you did and it is.

These feelings of frustration come mostly from pockets in side of us which I would term as regions of toxicity or stagnant energy. Unfortunately there are far too many and this is a common problem with the way we live our lives today.

We don't move enough, many of us are not eating well enough and we are all equally guilty of not listening to our bodies or paying close enough attention to the things that really matter.  When I think of it, life should be and is really simple.

The more body centered we are the easier it becomes to focus on and engage in activities that fulfill our purpose, guide us forward, toward our destiny and also keep us fully grounded in reality. None of this is difficult or hard to do.

It is often as earthy and straightforward as planting a few vegetables or herbs. Then to move forward a bit more, you have to incorporate regular movement and exercise into your day as well as times of fasting and moving meditation.

Being close to and in direct contact with the earth serves one of the greatest purposes as far as I can tell...it puts us in direct alignment with our own routes, methods and modes of communication. We cannot live a meaningful, spiritual and purposeful life (or walking a spiritual path) without open lines of communication.

Opening those doors within, will ensure they are functional on the outside as well.

Now on Day 12 - Persistence on the Spiritual Path

At this point last month I was on my last day of my detox - but this time around being closer to Solstice and  in the middle of detox season, I am only just getting into it! Today is day 12 and I am doing great - in terms of things moving and shaking as I had hoped they would.

I have every symptom in the book as far as detox goes - my tongue is coated, a little achey at times, my back is sore (just like last time), my hair is limp but very soft, my skin is a little bumpy and my mind is clear.

Things are moving - shifting and releasing especially at the shadow side and that is what I had wanted. To clear whatever has been holding me back, once and for all (at least to get down to another of these big layers) and to get moving in the directions I want to go in.

Of course all along I am moving, changing and gaining ground towards my desired goals - I use these cleanses to speed things up, get far more clarity and to remove the toxins that interfere with the process of shifting consciousness.

So, today I have done another Salt water flush, I have been steadily increasing my exercise as well over the past few days. Mostly doing more yoga because that makes me feel so good while it also works on the mind too.

My dreams are very telling at night and I rely on them so much for guidance and information showing me each stage as well as what is to come. Last night I dreamed of walking a long road looking for a way home, I knew my family was waiting for me and expecting me, but I could not contact them to let them know I was on my way.

In the dream my phone was dead, there were lots of other people and it was dark. But I was moving forward, not afraid and determined to make it home. It was only a matter of time...

And that is pretty much what walking a spiritual path is all about - clear, cleanse, walk the talk and do not ever give up.

Exercise is Also Good for the Soul

Not much emphasis has been placed on exercise for those who are walking a spiritual path, in fact some of the least fit people I know, claim to be on a journey of epic proportions. Yet they place little value on activity or have lost their way when it comes to their physical body.

Of course, this makes little sense and has become a significant block for these people. One that must be addressed and worked on to make every effort to clear out obstructed and congested areas in the body and throughout the energy field.

The most important aspect of following a spiritual path or being on a journey, has always been the fact that your body is the only way inward. A spiritual journey will not ever be completed without full and active participation of every part of the body.

Further to this, all communication with spiritual aspects of the self such as heart, higher self, energy systems etc. are coordinated by the nervous system. Then this links back through the hypothalamus to the roots of the hormonal function (more or less).

Your hormones must be balanced, functioning and at stable levels in order to receive timely and appropriate communication from all parts of your body. These internal chemical messengers are our human Angels and we cannot walk any path without them spiritual, or otherwise.

Exercise is an absolute must on this journey, there are so many benefits to body, mind and spirit they cannot possibly be all listed here. However, it is enough to know your internal communications are of vital importance for signs, signals and messages along the way.

And these signposts derive from both the hormonal (messaging) and nervous (signaling, communication) pathways.

There are so many benefits to exercise this list is not nearly enough, it is just a quick look at some of the spiritual benefits of physical activity;

- balance internal body systems
- hormone regulation
- detox aid
- clarity of mind & spirit
- increase energy
- untangle energy field
- reduce energy spikes in the field
- improve immune function
- increase awareness
- better coping abilitiy

Physical aspects of awakening happen cell by cell and is very much a part of the overall picture and some would say this is the entire picture. The body is where all of this journey, traveling, inner pathways and walking a higher path takes place.

When you commit to exercising and improving the fitness level of your body, you take your spiritual journey to a much higher level. Indeed, it is the only way to fly!

Have a lovely day,

April

Nervous System Clean Out

Today is a regular food day for us after finishing the 10 day cleanse and we are now pretty much back to normal eating - while all the pieces of the intense detox are still falling into place. With our Blue Moon Feast coming up on Friday and the weekend, I am keeping the food low key for now.

After each of these Master Cleanses, I always spend a few days reflecting on what was learned, where I need to go now, actions to be taken and how to keep moving forward in every positive way. This week is not any different from other times, except I do seem to be more focused on smaller details in life.

The main change I have noticed since coming off of the cleanse is my inner communication, nervous system and in-born senses are clearer, cleaner and sharper. As an intuitive, my senses (smell, taste, hearing, touch, sight etc.) are all pretty keen, and I have always heard voices (don't tell anyone), had visions and an abundance of dreams.

However, this is something different, the only way I could begin to describe it might be to say my nerves are cleaner - they must be detoxed a bit because inside I am 'hearing' myself more and therefore able to listen more easily.

I have long been able to listen, sense and feel my own body on several different levels, and I had honestly felt it could not get any better then when I let go of the Night Shades a few years ago. Once that toxic group of fruits (potato, tomato, aubergine, chillies, peppers, gogi berries) had gone from my system, hearing/listening/communicating with my inner worlds was like night and day.

And now, it has ramped up yet again. The main thing I can put this down to is my absolute commitment to following my dreams no matter where they may take me. Perhaps with this last detox, I had finally removed the distractions holding me to a pattern going in the wrong direction.

So today, I am feeling great - loads of energy, working out, feeling physically very strong, controlled, disciplined and clear. All the things necessary to walk a spiritual path and perhaps start enjoying some of the scenery along the way!

Well, I am off the see the Wizard,

Master Cleanse #4 Day 6

Well, on Day 6 of my fourth Master Cleanse in four months and I am feeling physically ok, but my energy is all over the place and there is much going on in the other realms and dimensions. This cleanse has been very 'supernatural' in its' clearing, and perhaps will only get more interesting!

As an intuitive I am only too aware of many of these other human dimensions as well as the realms and worlds interacting with us here on a daily basis. There has been much looting, corruption, damage and general mayhem taking place throughout these spheres as we have been accessed inappropriately due to poorly functioning energy fields.

Vaccines, fear, poor diet, fear, television and radio waves, fear, medication, fear and general chemical toxins are all contributing factors to improper development and low function of the human energy systems. That's how we all ended up in these messes that we find ourselves in - not following our dreams, far away from 'home', sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Thankfully these detoxes, cleanses and following a proper diet have gone a long way towards cleaning up my own body (it's like taking a bath on the inside) while I am following the yellow brick road and gaining insight into my own life in the process.

Last night I dreamt of being a part of a meeting, but I felt that I was more of an observer as I was able to look very closely at the people present (all men) - the atmosphere was very dark and heavy. What was interesting was they were eating my food! I can't remember yet what was being discussed, but it seemed serious and I am not certain it was warm and fuzzy.

Once again my Master Cleanse is taking me deeper into places and spaces in my body I have been pushed out of and I am delighted to be gaining ground here. This is the best feeling even if there is uncertainty and I feel I need to tread carefully along this part of the road.

Do not underestimate how much these unseen realms interact with and interfere in our daily lives. Just because many people have lost the ability to discern these worlds, doesn't mean they no longer exist - you have just been pulled out of them and these doors shut.

Today, I am going to interact with some of those worlds in my garden because the sun is shining (mostly) again I can't think of anything better than being out and about enjoying the fresh air. Vitamin D, can't beat it - every chance we get - soak up the life giving sun!

Have a lovely day,

April

All This...Just to Discover Who I Am?

Today is my last food day - I start my August Master Cleanse tomorrow and I must say, I can't wait! I am happy to be doing it (I have come to love follow through as much as fasting) and I am equally pleased that once again I will complete exactly what I set out to do.

Four MC in four months - and to be perfectly honest, it has not been difficult at all. Quite the opposite in fact, that is not to say that any of this work is easy, because it certainly does have it's moments. However, when looking at how I used to live, how things were for us all and the endlessness of walking this path with seemingly not much taking place.

Well, this is far better!

I talk about this in my books, and will mention it again here. Our purpose, destiny, reason for living and even being on this planet in the first place is extremely important and vital information for us to know. However, as this is a personal message written for our eyes only deep within our DNA, there are locks, controls and a special decoder ring to even get in the door to that place.

As a medical intuitive this is a question that I get asked a lot - please tell me what my purpose is so that I can mull it over or take action on it. Perhaps that would be a good thing to know, but I don't think that it is anyone else's place to inform you of what you are here to do - mostly because it is a message between you and your soul.

Another good reason to not have these details revealed too early on in the game is because for the most part we are walking this path alone, in the dark, along an unlit trail, meeting few fellow travelers where much danger abounds.

Or, in other words it is simply not safe for us to have all of the details before the party begins. Perhaps we first need to show up for the party! Then we get to see how things are going to play out once we are in the door.

Living this way and following The Pagan Diet - Food, Fast and Feast has changed the way I walk my path, the pace has picked up and for the first time in 20 years, I feel as if I have some level of control over things.

When I want to create change in my life I do a cleanse, each fast/food/feast day brings with it new levels of awakening, learning and reaching more deeply into my own body to find the answers to each question that I ask.

And to be honest, I would have said to you years ago that I trusted my body (especially after healing cancer and having my daughter at home in a Free Birth) but, now, that trust has been taken to even higher levels and is being transformed into faith and belief in who I am and why I am here.

So, here I go, ready to do another Master Cleanse - my focus this time around is to launch or take off in some positive way - just me and all of these dreams that I have carried for so long.

Have a lovely day,

April

Frustration on The Spiritual Path...Living A Lie

Being frustrated, tired, fearful and feeling held back, tired and fearful (smile!) are some common emotions and experiences on this path. I meet and talk to people all the time who express the very same sentiment about their own attempts to create a better life for themselves or to get something moving forward - to no avail.

From my own observations, it seems that we continue to immerse ourselves in this level of frustration as long as we remain unaware of our true passions, dreams and are not fully aligned with them. One thing that I have noticed as well is there are times when we know full well our ultimate goals, however we are not yet in the space for these to happen.

Therefore, space (moving into the right energy for creation to take place) and place (living, walking and talking from the best position for forward momentum) are both key aspects to be considered here in our efforts to reduce frustration and allow spirit to move us forward.

I say it often in my blogs and to people that I talk with - once you become aware of a better way or the truth, you must start taking steps to act on this enlightenment. This does not mean that everything will change overnight (in some cases that may occur) but it does mean that you allow this knowledge to guide your next actions.

This is what I refer to as living with the 'lights on' in full recognition of truth. There are so many things that take place around each of us daily, that are part of such a huge untruth or lie - this simply requires some time to untangle.

Notice here that I did not say 'a truth', I used the words 'the truth'. There is only one truth and therefore there is only one way forward and that is through the body, mind and soul. You cannot become a fully conscious being without bringing all of you along for this experience.

Food for thought,

April

This past few days I came across an expression -- "it you are earning a paycheck, you are following someone else's dream, if you no longer count your pay, you are following your own dreams". Brilliant!

Resistance on the Path

Many of us who are walking the spiritual path day to day experience a great level of resistance to the things we want or need in our lives. I have often heard it said that the higher you go, the greater the resistance, perhaps this is correct, as this would make perfect sense and is what we experience. However, what if the higher we go (in our vibration) the more we encounter the resistance that has been there all along?

For the most part nothing has changed. Our bodies are exactly the same inside and out, all we are doing when we fast, detox and cleanse is remove layers of dirt, poison and toxins that clog up the delicate inner machinery. This debris has slowed us down, stopped us, made us sick, tired, unbalanced and discouraged us from continuing on our journey's, it feels like a low level of constant frustration.

When you are detoxing, of course you are tackling these toxins and stripping them away each day you devote to clearing out your body. Along with this physical detox then comes a significant amount of processing or sifting 'through' what is being removed and why. As well as examining how it got there in the first place.

Some of the poisons and negative energies that we all carry around might astound you, but then again, most of us are never surprised at what is buried deeply within the body. If we look at the basic premise of 'as above, so below' or what is outside of us also exists inside of us - then all we need do is look around the world and see how much of a mess we have made.

However, that doesn't mean to say that doing this work is therefore futile - quite the opposite in fact. If just one of us starts to clean up and spends time removing rubbish, picking up after themselves and being careful to not create more refuse, what a difference this makes in the world. And it might inspire others to do the same.

Now, imagine if thousands or millions of us around the planet were doing the same thing - inside and out. Cleaning, detoxing and leaving nothing behind them, but a trail free of litter and debris. What we are doing is breaking down the resistance to higher consciousness one brick at a time proving to ourselves that it can be done.

Today is day three of my mini cleanse and I am working through some of the resistance in my body and life, disposing of the opposition to my hopes and dreams.

Have a lovely day,

April

Fear Dominates Life - When You Ingest Toxins

Having touched on this topic a few times here, it is amazing how I keep coming back around to it. Fear has been so deeply embedded into the DNA of our species, mostly through the food and water that we are taking in. Today I wanted to share with you a bit more about the changes that I have made and continue to make to remove this negativity.

I remember when I used to eat a 'typical' diet and live a 'normal' life - layers of toxins and negativity dissolving anything good. For those who still listen to the news and steep themselves in negative information that comes in from official sources, a little more poison in the food probably isn't that noticeable.

It is not until you begin the process of removing some of these nasty toxins from your mind, body and soul (because you want to lose weight, heal, move forward spiritually etc.) that you realize the toll they have all taken on you. However,  you can also see how each one of these contaminates added and intermixed with the others creating a brew of something horrible.

Years ago I started out slowly eliminating many unnecessary 'foods' from my life including all the usual ones like sugar, dairy, wheat, alcohol, caffeine. With each layer taken away my thinking got clearer, my intuitive abilities stronger and exact, of course I also felt far better and my body healed.

Even with these anti-nutrients taken out of my diet, I still could sense a certain level of toxins coming in, being an intuitive and a health investigator by trade, I stopped at nothing until I discovered what this was. It turned out to be a group of fruits that I have since come to know as the most anti-spiritual things on the planet and indeed the Night Shades (potato, tomato, aubergine, chillies, peppers and gogi berries), had a hold on my spirit which was causing concern, because I was dying a spiritual death inside.

If I were to back up a bit here, many years before this time, when I had made a few select changes to my diet and lifestyle, I found myself in Findhorn, a spiritual centre in northern Scotland for a conference. As often happens in places such as this, a complete stranger who turned out to be a Naturopathic doctor from North America approached me with a message from spirit.

Back in 1997, she informed me that I was to stay away from all Night Shades and only then would things become clear for me (my destiny, purpose, mission). At the time I was mystified, these were just vegetables/fruits, how could they possibly interfere with my spiritual life and the work I am doing?

However, her words stayed with me even though it was a few years later before I finally relented and stopped including them altogether in our diets at home. I had come to my own conclusions by that time, but it was quite clear, the Night Shades and their toxins were to be added to the list of poisonous foods.

It was only then that my life changed completely, entirely and utterly - moving onwards at incredible speed into new areas. The first thing I remember changing for me was the fog lifting, within 72 hours of clearing the house of these foods, even the energy of the place had lifted.

Since that time I have learned, understood and detoxed these noxious fruits out of my system and never looked back. When it comes to spirituality, if something is toxic or poisonous to the body, there is no difference for the rest of our being. Harming the body is the same as hurting mind and spirit.

Whenever there is poison present in your body several things occur;
  • fear dominates the mind
  • harm is being done to the body
  • an energy block forms in the field
  • patterns of negativity and anger control everything
  • feelings of confusion

However, once these toxins begin to be eliminated from our bodies, and detoxed out of the delicate systems (through Master Cleanses etc.), the body heals and all can be restored. Of course, this takes time, commitment and dedication to fully walking the spiritual path.

Perhaps it is time to take a step forward into the light

The Time In Between

This coming weekend is what I consider to be time 'in-between' - it is not fasting time or a cleanse, it's officially part of a holiday and therefore usually connected to a feast of some kind. Of course this weekend is the August Harvest festival or the tail end of Lughnasadh and an important part of the journey.

Fasting is not the be all, end all, however, it is the single most powerful tool in our belts when it comes to rapid detox, clean shifts of energy and huge personal change. Thus it serves a mighty purpose in our lives and can be done often to keep us sharp mentally and spiritually.

Physically, I cannot stress this enough - when you want to heal anything, infection, excess weight, inflammation and dysfunctions - fasting using clean water is the only way forward. Each of these conditions (and the high blood pressure, sugar imbalance, high cholesterol that goes along with it) can  be related back to deeply embedded toxins, once gone, the situation reverses. Simple.

This then takes us back to the time in-between, I have met many people who would like to think that they can fast and then afterwards eat normally and they don't necessarily need the feast times. But, I beg to differ, we do actually require them on all of these same levels - energetic, spiritual, physical and emotional and for all the same reasons.

Why? Perhaps one of the most important reasons is to adequately replenish the spirit with clean, wholesome foods, especially those which are homemade with love and care. Fasting is meant to be an intense time of work that you do on yourself, stripping down and removing layers of built up toxins. A natural follow on to this would be a short time of nurturing the body with plenty of wonderful foods.

Secondly, feasting or honouring the feast time is entirely about celebration, ritual and ceremony, which  is important for the human spirit. The inner connections to these days and dates of the calendar run as deep as the ley lines of the earth, most of these have been largely forgotten and discarded as we have allowed others to conduct sacred rituals on our behalf.

Coming back to ceremony and sacredness is part of the rites of passage into the world of spirit - the only spirit you want to connect with in this place is your own. These rituals are far more important than we may realize at the beginning, taking time to ground ourselves within a new reality.

A significant factor in all of this is the fact that energetic connections between people and their food have largely been eroded and replaced by poisons from processing, alcoholic drink and the presence of chemicals, forcing those of us who are choosing to follow a higher path to make these drastic changes to diet and lifestyle written about in my blogs.

Finally, feasting is also a social activity, the intensity of the fasting or cleanse has passed, now is a time to party, dress up and dance, do things together as a family or even on our own. This phase is all about connecting with the energy of your food and through this food, the land and water flowing within it.

Feasting brings us back to simpler times, clean energy and strength of spirit - a vital part of the spiritual journey. Have a lovely weekend,

Happy Feasting!

April

Lughnasadh Ceremony by candle light

Happy Lughnasadh!

Today is one of the most important feast days of the year, which is centered around the harvest, for me this usually means harvesting herbs, but also has been important for grains in times past. There are a couple of things that I thought could be mentioned here on this special day - one is why bother to celebrate and the other is about the spiritual connection of this time.

First of all, why do we celebrate anything with feasting and ritual or ceremony? Perhaps if we look more closely at our ancestors the answers lie somewhere in the past. Observing and keeping a special day alive, increases the inner connections to it deep within our psyche. We actually establish energetic ties to these holidays through this binding of ourselves to its significance.

Mark the day and you create an energy bridge within over which you can travel to find deeper meaning and understanding in your life.

As I discuss in my book The Pagan Diet©, the year revolves around the sun like a wheel reflecting inner time and cycles. Once we start walking a spiritual path, it is important to develop a relationship with all of these special aspects of ourselves as they also mirror our human journey in the outer world.

Thus, the month of August is seen as the culmination, an ending and completion of a full phase in our lives and one cycle fully fulfilled by following the path around the sun. The projects, hopes, dreams, wishes and desires (at least some of them) that have been worked on consistently throughout the year should now be coming to fruition.

Completing another phase or stage of the spiritual path is incredibly important and should be cause for celebration, just as planting seeds, weeding, tending the young plants and encouraging your garden to grow is vital work for a family. Each person in the family benefits from the effort placed into this project and everyone is wiser for having walked the path during the year.

In this way, the ancient ones who honoured us by keeping the old ways alive have left many footprints for us to follow in. Of course, the calendar shows us that the most precious spiritual link is to be found within these carefully selected dates and changing of each season. What has long been known is that as spiritual beings we are not separate from the world around us, but merely a reflection of its' mystery.

So, today is a feast day - there should be plenty of food (local, organic, fresh) and clean water, herbs for cooking, tea and in salads, homemade soda breads using ancient grains such as oats, spelt and millet and perhaps fish or lamb with gently cooked root vegetables.

Then tonight, light a candle, or a small fire outside if you can, while you contemplate how far you have come this past year, all that you have to be thankful for and your harvest from the work you have done. If there is rain, create your circle inside around your dinner table with the people you care most about and make more plans for this next sun cycle - and remember, when you dream, dream big!

Have a happy day,

April
