Energy Fields, Energy Leaks & the Human Body

I get asked lots of questions on my market stall and through emails, texts and messages…..many of those are about my understanding and extensive work with the human energy field.

The energy field is one of the areas I have been looking into for most of my life in an effort to make sense of exactly what is taking place in and around us (especially those who are walking a spiritual path) and of course to learn how to work with it more effectively.

You probably know about my book Closing the Energy Leaks© or ‘Windows’ as we like to call it, and how in this book I explore the ways and means our energy fields are functioning or not at this point in time.

I wrote this book to help myself and others with their own work on their own energy fields - as it is an often mis-understood aspect and function of our lives here.

My biggest discovery so many years ago when I was first studying human energy fields was how we are all oozing energy from pretty much every part, organ, system and function of our body. We have arrived at this crossroad on our journey on this planet in fairly poor energetic condition – for the most part!

To explain this a little more here is an excerpt from my book; Closing the Energy Leaks©;

‘Therefore, leaking energy from the energy field is possible once the energy field has been damaged in some way. Anything that harms the body (poor food & water, medication) mind (trauma) and spirit (bullying) will equally impair function of the energy field.

An energy leak allows for an energy loss, parts of you actually go out through the open ‘window’ (rip, hole or tear) and become lost, stolen, hurt, and broken. When we start closing these holes, energy leaks or as I call them windows (because this is easy to visualize), the things taken on from others start to dislodge and can be lifted off, and then the parts of ourselves that have been given away, lost or stolen, can be reclaimed.

What also, starts to happen, is that you begin to re-form your own higher consciousness, as an individual within the larger framework of the universe and disengage from the control of the over-mind.’ 

Do not discount the part your energy field plays in your overall health and well-being – it is a vital part of the whole.

Reconnecting to Our Energy Sources...Deep Within

I am marveling at my energy these days – there are dips and surges (could be part of this detox) which might come up on me so quickly….it is amazing. I can’t help but notice they are part of an overall energy pattern here.

Throughout my life I have had fairly good energy – but I would push myself most days. Things got done – but only because I was so determined. Not because I had so much (an abundance) energy – I always put it down to glandular fever I had at 19.

This sort of energy highs and lows lasted until I completely changed my diet and got eating properly while healing my body. However – even though there was more energy it was of a different kind that I had not experienced before.

It was the energy of mind – or a presence of mind, an ability to focus that wasn’t there before in my life in such a great measure. This new-found energy helped me to keep going through raising young children and going to school as well as a dozen other things I always seem to have on the go….

Now after doing a few detoxes, I am certain I have arrived at some deeper level of my inner core – and have found another different type of energy once again. This one is more of a creative energy and I finally feel as if I am connected to a Universal magic on a new dimension.

In lots of ways I have always been aware of this pathway and have loved everything to do with our innate human power and abilities. Right now with these cleanses I feel even more settled in myself – something has shifted for me.

And I am delighted with it. It’s lovely to feel, see and sense change on a profound level – keeps us moving forward and encouraged while we walk this path. And on day 7 of my fast - I am still feeling well but looking forward to all the good food to follow.

I don't have too many symptoms except I am going through a stage of not sleeping deeply after 3 days of very deep rest. The highs and lows of any cleanse I am sure!

Fallen Angels, Energy Entities & Attachments

Now on day 9 of my detox and feeling tired but very good with more detox symptoms and lots of dreams. And I woke up this morning sensing that something has changed and I finally knew what it was...

It's all about Angels - especially the Fallen Angels who as many of you already know, are running rampart on the earth and have nearly everyone fooled and in their grasp. The main problem is they have set themselves up as the 'good guys' ...

So we have people calling on them, channelling and inviting them into their lives and bodies. Actually there are people calling in anything and everything - entities, ghosts, orbs, spirits, Angels -- without giving any thought to what might show up.

I remember back in the 90's mentioning this in a class I was attending and being resoundingly told that 'it was ok' - only to see those same people make themselves sick (and worse) because of all the energy attachments they had gathered. 

Right now the earth is over capacity with these energy leaches, something is going to give - perhaps this is the 12/12/12 energy shift because of one main event that must now take place; These energy entities are all low vibration attachments. They need human energy to live, function and feed off of....(I know heavy duty stuff this early in the day!)

Once human consciousness begins it's upward climb into loftier realms, if your body is healthy, clear and clean - these attachments will fall away. They cannot go higher, they can only exist on the lower levels of dimensional awareness.

No wonder we have so many frightened greedy people in the world - their food source is drying up.
