Completion of Cycles, Time & Change

It is a weekend of endings and perhaps new beginnings too. It certainly feels that way right now as if a cycle has been completed, right on time. Now on to new goals, pursuing new dreams from our lists and new adventures to go along with these roads we are taking.

This time of year is always a time of anticipation for me, perhaps for us all as it coincides with a return to school, but what might that mean for those of us, no longer 'in' school per se, but walking the path diligently day by day?

This subject has been on my mind these past few days as I have reached the end of a phase for myself, an ending is one thing, an easy passing of time and welcome change. The new beginning is something else altogether, mostly because I am not always certain of the new ground I am standing on.

However, I do know new has arrived, it is unfolding, opening up like the bud of a flower, what kind of flower it will reveal is still unknown. And like any worthwhile project, the seeds must take root, grow deep into the earth, be tended to, cared for and given the space in which to develop.

The other aspect of new beginnings, change and cycles of the seasons is the potential for growth. How big, large or amazing something might grow into, is still as yet undetermined and in it's early stages of life. This is the time to plan, dream and work at placing the necessary energy into your hearts desires.

Action is absolutely necessary to move that mountain and certainly needed to grow today's seeds of hope into tomorrow's garden of dreams. When we are walking this path, day after day, often in the dark, our dreams are all we have to cling to, keeping us going through it all.

Now is the time to remain true to your heart's deepest desires. If you think you can't do this, you have forgotten who you are.

Have a lovely day,

April
