And Now for the Rinse Cycle....

It’s Monday (never a bad day for me!), the start of a new week – and it’s raining outside. This is a big deal right now – because we have had 3 weeks of sunshine (is this a record?) and today I am going through sunshine withdrawal.

Even though we need the rain to water the gardens and the grass….the sunshine was so nice, the top up of vitamin D was even better and now I have been reminded how much I do not like damp cold weather, at all.

So, what’s the moral of this story here? Change ushered in with a shift in the weather or it’s time for a good cleansing or good things come to an end…hmmm….

I think it’s a cycle – and we are finding our new pattern of life (living, clearing, shifting, growing). The rain is part of this overall new order in the same way we require light, darkness, seasons and space.

Over these past few (how long has it been?) years we have seemingly had no seasons, no warmth, no light and little comfort. When it (the brightness) came back into our lives again, it was as if all was right in the world…it’s difficult to think of what living would be without it.

Now that we have entered the rinse cycle, it’s the time to remind ourselves, the sun and warmth will be back again shortly because well, it’s summer!

But, I can learn to enjoy a little rain (now and then!!) LOL

Standing in the Light

Today I am fasting again and it feels right – especially with this lovely weather we have been having. It’s still not overly warm, but there is a sun in the sky and it is wonderful to feel the light all around.

It’s also great to watch how quickly the earth responds to this abundance (there’s that word!) of light. And of course, we must also be responding on the inside as well as the outside to these wonderful rays.

Not only do I always think of ‘life-giving’ when I think of the sun….these days I can actually sense my body’s internal changes when there is light. I can see how important those words were in the bible….

“Let there be light”….we really can’t live (in any sense of the word) without this light. It is more then just about the heat (which is a side bonus) for me it has come to mean growing my internal spiritual garden as well.

Perhaps we take so much of the magnificence around us for granted….just for today I am pondering this light and really appreciating all that it means for my body, mind and spirit.

One thing I do notice is how the animals around us are all so much more relaxed…perhaps because we are? Or are they busy growing and appreciating the sunshine as well?

We are all tired of the rain, but don’t often think of how the little goats also love to be out in the fields and not slipping around in the mud. The ducks and geese on the other hand love the rain…but they are in their own world! LOL

Enjoy the sun Ireland, we deserve it!

Life Always Finds a Way

Today has been an interesting day to say the least. We never know these days what is going to come our way – and we have learned to just go with it as much as possible, but to not be passive at the same time.

It is always best to be actively involved in creating your life as you live it - even if you feel it is not your own - on some level, you are in control - or are struggling to regain control. Making decisions, dreaming and wishing are the best way forward...even if it takes some time to see the results.

I am happy to get up on these warmer mornings, however (LOL) and sometimes the sun is even shining, which is an added bonus. I have been wondering how much longer the entire country can hold out on such low Vitamin D stores.

One of the basics of life is adequate sunshine, not only for the peace, warmth and contentment it brings but also for those all important vitamins we cannot do without for very long. This year we are getting a little more sunshine and are hopeful for lots more.

Being spring there is so much on my mind at the moment (garden, cheese, goats, fresh eggs and milk, growing children) – all of earth is coming alive and I want to be in tune with that energy. Actually most of us crave and sense the earth’s energy – that’s why being out in nature is such a healing experience for us.

One of the first things to be realized about the nature that is around us – is it’s abundance. The earth is rich with life – and what is so wonderful about this life is that where there is life there is hope.

Life always finds a way.

Sun Streams and the Soul

We are off to a great start this week - the sun is shining! Need I say more? And it has been dry for a few days, so, even though it is quite cold - this fresh weather is very healthy and invigorating. I just hope it stays for a few more days....

Bright sun shine is like a tonic for the mind, body and soul. We never realise how much we miss it until it is gone from our lives - but also how much we need this healing light. Sunlight actually penetrates through the brain tissues into the glands in our heads.

How powerful is that? Actually reminds me of New Grange....sunlight pouring into a small crevice, but once inside it illuminates an entire precious room full of ancient memories. Surely this is significant in every way for our very human existence.

Sunlight removes the shadows - burns off the darkness and pours healing balm on the soul

So, today if you can (make the time) get outside, fresh air will do your body good. If there is sun - this early spring sun shine seems to be very special - take advantage of every healing ray. It's as if a sun stream has been sent down to us here on earth to restore our souls.

Of course, once I am outside I always wander into the garden - there is so much to be done (an endless passion!) however I can sense the plants soaking up this sunlight in the same way we do. All life and living things need sunlight - in order to grow.

We need it to heal and grow as well - but not only physically - our mental, spiritual and emotional health are very dependent on the sun. And anything that uplifts the body does the exact same thing for the rest of our inter-dimensional selves.

Enjoy the day!

Releasing Hungry Ghosts from the Past... Day 16

I am sitting here and the sun is shining in my eyes, on my face - it is warm and really nice, especially after 3 days of steady rain. The ground outside is soaked, drenched in fact and muddy. I know one day of sun or even a few hours won't do much to dry things out, but does it ever cheer the soul!

The sun itself must be part of some magical quality here on our planet - I mean, we can't live without it, the plants need it in order to grow and develop properly. And we need a regular dose of vitamin D from it - as much as possible - in these northern climates.

But it must also trigger something more because we are so drawn to it's rays - the sun represents life itself and of course brings life back to the earth. No wonder the ancient pagans spent so much time and energy celebrating the sun.

I think they knew all of this and perhaps far more about the role of the sun in our lives. They knew how much light affects our well-being, bolsters our immune defences and helps us to balance internal processes. It also encourages healing, and of course moving into higher consciousness.

Today I am on day 16 of my detox - I feel great. I am focused, clearing, organizing, writing, creating and really present to all that is taking place inside as well as outside of me. I have plenty of detox symptoms going on - especially my hair which is limp and heavy, my skin is a little bumpy and my tongue is really coated.

There is a sense that once again I am detoxing from birth and perhaps even before birth - hopefully breaking apart some of these patterns set up for me early in life - because my diet and environment were both terrible! LOL

Having started out life on full fat evaporated cows milk - with digestive issues ever since - it would be a blessing to finally heal my gut completely and release these hungry ghosts of the past...

Chem Trails and Consciousness

Today the sun and the sky are glorious - I can't help but think something has aligned in the heavens for us to welcome such a wonderful day. Of course, after a few years of rain this sun is a well deserved treat.

A day such as this reminds me of something - but I am not certain what, or it's just that there is a feeling in the air of newness and potential. A day like today is 'alive' - bright, fresh, clear and bursting with an energy all of its own.

I rarely do this anymore - examine the energy of each day as it comes, mostly because I get so caught up with going about my daily chores that I hardly pay attention. But, also I have come to think that most of the days like this have been taken from us or interfered with.

And you know why? Chem trails or con trails as some people call them. These are the many streaks across the sky we see on a regular basis coming from the engines of the sky traffic, which more then a few people have shown contain significant amounts of chemicals being seeded into the air. I have long heard about these, people have been talking about them since the 90's and even further back.

Yet, just like the weather, we complain about them, but no one does anything to stop it. Perhaps we have reached a point where we believe we cannot create change on such a major scale. But of course we can, we have only forgotten we have that power.

So what to does this issue have to do with a day like today? I guess, mostly because it is so rare these days to have a sunny day with clear skies in this part of the world - we have been living in a damp fog for so long. And sun is necessary for life.

But also, more to the point is that some one out there is malicious enough to interfere with the weather of the earth. As if it was vitally important to the well-being of the human population or something along those lines. So, we know without a doubt that it is.

Our weather is an immediate reflection of inner health, emotional, physical and spiritually connected to human consciousness.  Worlds and multi-dimensional realities are shifting and altering with each breath we take.

Our weather is a gauge of the conscious change that has been taking place upon this planet. And proof that someone is interfering with that shift to higher awareness is all around us.

Perhaps today is a good day to move further along on our journey towards higher consciousness. Your body knows the way...

Have a lovely day,

April
