Irish Weather - Elemental Forces At Work

Let’s talk about this weather! 

Here we are in the 5th or 6th week of some wild winter weather like we’ve never seen before in living memory….or perhaps it’s that fabled winter of discontent, or the long night of the soul?

So, this is where we find ourselves, at the mercy of the weather, that great ‘starter of conversations’ the world over and something we have learned to moan about, at least in these northern regions where rain, hail, sleet and wind bring down our moods as the wet stuff hits the ground.

But, when we really stop and ponder these deeper aspects of what this might achieve for those of us living here, well, that is something else entirely. Perhaps it’s even akin to a little bit of wonderful.

I know, you are already thinking, there has been nothing wonderful about weeks of darkness, damaging winds, flooding and damp….unless you are safely on higher ground, have your house tethered to the earth like a ship with an anchor and have ancestral leanings towards the mallard family.

However, when I go to sleep at night with the rain pelting, thrumming and roaring on the roof, the wind buffeting the windows, well okay, the windows bowing in and flexing and then wake up the next morning not to a refreshed earth with the sun streaming down after the storm….

No! This winter we’ve been waking up to the exact same clamour, clatter and deafening noise of the elements let loose on the earth as when we went to bed, if anything, it might have only ramped up during the hours of darkness.

So, this begs the question; what’s this all about anyway? What is the purpose of rain, wind, and an excess of churning changing massive force of nature bearing down on us for all it’s worth?

What if something was trying to get through to us? And we are too busy, fearful, asleep, worried and just plain too thick to listen….what might all of these Universal forces being pulled down around us be trying to convey?

What if they needed us to know something along the lines of the importance of our future here on this planet. What if life itself was carried in those winds, star dust and energies from far and wide arriving, implanting and once again taking up permanent residence where once before, long ago they thrived.

I mean, imagine how important this time in history must be – the earth herself is waking up and the only way she can do that is with a nudge and a shake to stir her from her slumber….

Well then, it’s a good time to be alive, isn’t it? 

Water, Consciousness & Breaking New Paths...

The start of another week and it is still raining. Sometimes I wonder where it all comes from, but then on the other hand….where does it all ‘go’ once it hits the ground? Buckets of rain have fallen over this past few days in this relentless downpour and it still comes down.

So….as a Medical Intuitive, this begs me to ask that ageless question, why? Why do we get all of this rain and why now…why must the ground be nearly super-saturated with water with us all sloshing around and why does this never stop?

Surely it means something?

What if the rain carries something from the heavens downward to the earth….precious much needed energy for the world. What if the rain brought special dust, particles and living organisms from far away….something wonderful to help us on our physical journeys?

And what if these heavenly waters washed away the dark, heavy negative vibrations as they rose up from deep within the earth’s crust….we find it necessary to detox, why wouldn’t our earth Mother? 

Higher levels of consciousness are carried only by water….that’s why it must be living (not interfered with) in order to nourish our bodies and souls. And pretty much everything on this planet contains water to some degree!

All change begins where we stand (in my case, in the rain LOL) and absolutely nothing else on this planet changes things the way water does….it is a force…therefore water is a necessary element for the beginning and end of all energetic shifts in the place.

B Vitamins Coming Back After Parasite Cleanse

The weather has changed and that usually signals an energy shift on other level of our awareness – it can also tell us, when we are listening and paying attention, that it is time for us to do something different as well.

With this in mind, I decided to do another short cleanse (fasting) during the coming week or so. And once this was decided last night – I felt so good, like I was moving forward again – or more precisely that I had just sped up a bit.

I also enjoyed fabulous dreams last night as well….my theme this week has been jewelry again. I say again because for many years some of my most memorable dreams have involved rings, but mostly bracelets and anklets.

And of course, I love jewelry, always have, always will. I usually think of these dreams in terms of change coming, but also levels of learning. With the pieces of jewelry representing stages or grades attained along the way.

Perhaps (and I’ve no doubt) my greatest amount of learning is right in front of me – I am certain it will be an interesting time at the very least.

What is funny is how after my last 30 days parasite cleanse (which was so difficult by the way) I felt at the time, I might never do another one! LOL So, here we are, now, ready to go again albeit, stepping lightly around it this time.

But not for 30 days, a much shorter time frame is planned – but still on water and herbal teas only. This is the only way I have ever found to bring my gut back into balance. And as a Clinical Nutritionist, I would never recommend something, I myself have not tried or do regularly. 

To be honest, after so many years of living this way – a few days spent fasting to achieve this level of good health – is always worth while. And, overall – I feel great, we are strong, our guts work, our immune systems are functional, our bones and teeth are healthy (I sound like I am selling a puppy!)…

I can’t think of anything more important than good health and a strong mind, that goes along with it. One thing that stands out to me since doing my parasite cleanse is how far my reserves have built up over the weeks since.

My B vitamins in particular have really come back up and I am fully aware of how much more energy I have. But other little things have changed - my ears (hearing) are clearer, my skin is a little different, I sleep more soundly, my hair is nicer (I keep getting comments on the fact I am not gray for my age), and these dreams!!!

All indications are full steam ahead, It's onwards and upward for us, then!

Shifting Consciousness on the Planet

Wow – snow flakes, icy cold temperatures, blustery wind and it feels more like Christmas then nearly mid March. It’s a bit of a strange feeling overall – the weather changed very quickly, which to me always means something.

Just what it means – is interesting. I have long thought of earth's weather as reflective of earth events or the energy that tends to be generated with different happenings here on the planet. Everything has meaning - there are no random events.

It is very much an indicator of our consciousness as well.

So, this is where we are at right now – a tremendous shift in consciousness is taking place – some old energy vampires are leaving their posts and we will all benefit from it one way or another. It is a remarkable time to be here on the planet - at least for those of us who are willing our energy to come back in perfect alignment with our purpose.

All of which takes work, dedication and the willingness to be here during these incredible energy changes. And we are each of us, making them happen with the various things we do to heal, shift and change our own lives.

Right now I am on day 21 of my parasite cleanse – some days are fairly tough – not necessarily physically or what I would have expected. This one is mental, requiring 'mind' resources and stamina.

Of course persistence doesn’t hurt either – and I usually have lots of that. I am looking forward to when this is over and we have our feast days at the end of the month however and as thinking, planning and dreaming of food – as usual!

And of course , this week I will be cooking, baking and preparing for when this detox is done….but my real curiosity lies in how I will feel afterwards – if I have indicators that parasites are gone and if I feel different from before I started.

Time will tell….

Divine Intervention -- A Change in the Weather...

Today is day 5 of my January cleanse and things are moving right along - or so they seem! LOL What I really like right now is the way the weather has changed into bright and sunny days even though we have lost some of the warmth.

They (whoever 'they' are) are saying snow is on the way for us - who knows if it will touch us here in West Cork, but something good always comes from a shift in the weather. I guess what I would compare it to would be energy shifts created by Mother Nature.

She really is a force to be reckoned with - and the most natural element in the world. She steers us, each one upwards and onwards to find ways to be closer to Her. We really would not be much of anything without this connection to the earth and it's cycles.

All of life is connected to each other - not one pattern, season, cycle or inner Universe exists on its' own. This is all interwoven within our tissues and cells pulling us in to her and drawing on our senses to seek her out.

Not all of us will follow these paths and not everyone listens - certainly not to their bodies anyway. Just think of how different life (and society) would be for us here on this planet if we all actually took the time to stop once in a while and work at listening to the needs of our bodies.

There would be no need for chemical medicines, no dysfunction or disease....we might all fall into the natural rhythms and design of the earth we live in. Without much of an effort and certainly there would be no fear.

Perhaps we are all waiting for that divine intervention in our own lives - for the forces of nature to arrive, clear the debris and take us home...

Memories of summer....

January and It's Potential Energy...

Very strange energy about the place right now - things are changing rapidly within - there is a new moon on it's way and for the first time in awhile, I am keenly aware of it. It's as if it is making it's presence known days in advance of it's arrival.

This must be an important moon at least for those of us paying attention! LOL Perhaps the moon is coming more into focus for those of us who are walking this spiritual path. Or then again, maybe it's just me....

So, another rainy Saturday - but all is not lost - it's mild and warm outside even if it is wet. There is something quite wonderful about these early days of January - as if all of the potential energy for the entire year to come starts to unlock and spread out underneath our feet.

Right now you may notice that things are starting to speed up a tiny bit. It is the end of an age after all - and the Mayan never said it was the end of the world. Perhaps it was the end of their 'time' or their world - there are many coexisting at the same time.

That seems to be what people were mostly forgetting or even unaware of. When we look out across the garden - if we do not take into account the many realities, kingdoms and domains we are seeing, we are missing the whole point of being here. 

Life cannot and does not exist only on one single plain. There are of course worlds within worlds - each of us interacting, overlapping and hopefully interrelating with each other during the span of our lives (and each day).

At one time when the earth was much less polluted and life was lived closer to nature - we were far more aware of the worlds we live in and our place in them. These predictions of endings, changes and even great shifts would not have startled or unsettled us.

To be in touch with nature - to understand how and why - but most of all to simply listen to our bodies and the ancient wisdom contained within - we would have known intuitively that one ending is only another beginning....

And something, life in the many different realms and dimensions will go on. Because life is just like that...

Chem Trails and Consciousness

Today the sun and the sky are glorious - I can't help but think something has aligned in the heavens for us to welcome such a wonderful day. Of course, after a few years of rain this sun is a well deserved treat.

A day such as this reminds me of something - but I am not certain what, or it's just that there is a feeling in the air of newness and potential. A day like today is 'alive' - bright, fresh, clear and bursting with an energy all of its own.

I rarely do this anymore - examine the energy of each day as it comes, mostly because I get so caught up with going about my daily chores that I hardly pay attention. But, also I have come to think that most of the days like this have been taken from us or interfered with.

And you know why? Chem trails or con trails as some people call them. These are the many streaks across the sky we see on a regular basis coming from the engines of the sky traffic, which more then a few people have shown contain significant amounts of chemicals being seeded into the air. I have long heard about these, people have been talking about them since the 90's and even further back.

Yet, just like the weather, we complain about them, but no one does anything to stop it. Perhaps we have reached a point where we believe we cannot create change on such a major scale. But of course we can, we have only forgotten we have that power.

So what to does this issue have to do with a day like today? I guess, mostly because it is so rare these days to have a sunny day with clear skies in this part of the world - we have been living in a damp fog for so long. And sun is necessary for life. 

But also, more to the point is that some one out there is malicious enough to interfere with the weather of the earth. As if it was vitally important to the well-being of the human population or something along those lines. So, we know without a doubt that it is. 

Our weather is an immediate reflection of inner health, emotional, physical and spiritually connected to human consciousness.  Worlds and multi-dimensional realities are shifting and altering with each breath we take.

Our weather is a gauge of the conscious change that has been taking place upon this planet. And proof that someone is interfering with that shift to higher awareness is all around us.  

Perhaps today is a good day to move further along on our journey towards higher consciousness. Your body knows the way...
