The Spark of Life Moves From Cell to Cell Like Pixie Dust

The end of another fast – what a feeling to reach the appointed day and time – it’s like crossing a finish line. With as many struggles, hills and valleys as any runner might encounter.

But, it’s always worth it. At least it seems to be so far, a few hours into it. We have many happy memories now of these mini celebrations we hold at the end of each of our detoxes, fasts and cleanses.

Of course, it’s officially called ‘juice day’ because that’s what we drink as our tummies adjust back to normal solid foods again – however, even those juices are really something special.

I make my own and we have a few favourites – for me, there is nothing quite like your own cooking, your own home, your own family, your own familiarity – and indeed your own energy.

This last cleanse for me seems to have been all about calling back to me a lot more of my own energy then ever before. Perhaps I had reached some sort of a milestone along this spiritual path or something along those lines (the space was finally opened).

But I think it very much has to do with raising the vibration of our tissues (cellular vibration) and the only way to do that is through clearing, cleansing, detoxing – then eating healthy wholesome food.

Raising consciousness is a physical process of awakening. Our entire body must wake up to the new frequency – while that spark of life moves from cell to cell like pixie dust.

What turned me on to food many years ago was the fact I kept seeing people who when energy deficient – had a very low cellular vibration. Of course the best way to reverse this situation is through nutrition and healthy eating and detoxing, energy work, exercise (the list goes on!).

You must be working towards your goal and walking this path on every level – body, mind and soul. And living food is very much a part of that journey.

Journey to the Centre of the Earth....

Today is my first day back doing a cleanse - and I feel pretty good. I also have a great theme this time around too - and last night dreamt all about it. Of course it is along the lines of another blocked area of my life/body - which is where our focus should be.

The easiest and best way to approach each detox is to seek a reconnection with your life and body. Our bodies are amazing mechanisms for showing us exactly where the work is to be done. If some area is tight, stiff or inflamed - you can be fairly certain there is a corresponding area in your life with the exact same symptoms.

I often say if your body is not working inside - your life is not working outside.

The best (and easiest) way to fix, heal and change this situation - in a shorter period of time and with concentrated effort is to do a cleanse for a few days and see where it takes you. Of course while you are clearing out your body of toxins and debris it is also a great idea to exercise.

This daily bout of exercise works together with the cleanse to open up systems, organs and tissues as the body reduces it's toxic load. I cannot stress this enough - once these tissues are clearing, you need to get back in there and reclaim the area, through regular exercise.

Your body is not any different then anything else in this life - if you have left the building or are not using some aspect of yourself, someone or something else will come in and take over. Unfortunately this is not unusual and we all have pockets of stagnant energy in our bodies.

Right now my plan is to clear out another deeper level of my body - carrying on from my last detox which accomplished so much. This is a bit like a journey to the centre of the earth! LOL However, you never know what you might find on your way and it certainly will be exciting....

I am on my way

Energetic Integration - Reasons to Detox

Today has been one of those breakthrough days - or more like a series of mini aahhaa moments. And since this was this long overdue it has kept me busy... You know how it goes, or at least you should because when you are working towards something better, it's nice when the plan starts to come together.

But then there are (seemingly) those weeks, months and years when nothing much appears to be changing or even taking place. Yet, when we look back through the space of the time that has passed, we are certainly not in the same place.

The ground, where once we stood, has shifted (energy shift), moved and taken us with it and now we are (finally) standing some place altogether different and hopefully higher. This is the change we are seeking and most likely creating with the work we are consciously doing.

Of course this new ground may take some getting used to as well. Anyway....the most important thing I wanted to mention today is with any new place you may find yourself in, these changes or situations we have created - we need to detox each step of the way.

When we are walking a spiritual path, along the way we are supposed to be taking back lost, stolen or missing parts of ourselves. Once these pieces are back in place that is when the real work actually begins (the process of integration)...

Most people know this. However, there is one thing that can get overlooked - when something that was missing comes home, it is often dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Think in terms of losing some precious item on the ground.

Once it is found, it needs to be washed or detoxed just like any other part of you. This is the greatest reason for doing regular cleanses throughout the year as you walk your path. If this sounds like you...join me this week on my next detox.

Seeing Things Through to the End....

Here I am on the final day of my detox and things are feeling pretty good - my leg is nearly better, the detox symptoms are winding down and so am I! Right now, I am really looking forward to eating and moving onwards and upwards...

Of course, I have mentioned many times how the real work of the cleanse may indeed take place during the days spent fasting - however the first few days back into the swing of things after the cleanse is finished, appear to be just as important.

I always look forward to this transition period to see how and what changes take place for us. It is sort of a settling time where the things you have been working on or manifesting can fall into place and take root or take off.

And what a vital aspect of living that can be - such a representation of life as we know it on this planet. When we work towards something - be it in any area of health and healing or business and so forth - we must also provide the space (and time) for things to shift and move into place.

When I look back over my own life - I can see how often I would have cut myself off or stopped far short of my own goals. No matter what they seemed to be - it's as if I was programmed to give up or settle for less....

What naturally followed on from that was to lower my own expectations - not only from myself but also from the Universe at large. But then, I spent my time knowing somewhere deep inside of me that I was capable of greater things and so was the Universe, but they (and I) always seemed to fall short.

Well, of all the changes that have taken place in my life, one of them was when I decided to see things through to their end. So, I have proven it to myself over and over again - I will see 'this' through to it's end or allow my life, plans, journey, path etc. to run the course.

And see where it takes me.

So far, so good! LOL

Alignment of the Mind on the Spiritual Path

It's a good day for making some changes - as it is also a good year for it too! So, that is exactly what has been happening - seemingly for us and everyone we meet. Sometimes the best change you can make begins with a good clear out.

So, today that's what we have been doing. Cleaning out rooms, taking things out we no longer use and generally tidying up. And of course, as anyone knows, it feels good. A thorough cleaning inside and out is always a wonderful thing.

I am now on day 14 of my deep detox and moving right along. The one thing that stands out more then any other symptom so far though is my dreams. Fantastic dreams all night long - last night about walking a path and finding a beautiful pool...I was so surprised to find the water warm.

Otherwise, just the usual detox days - keeping busy and finding things to do as usual.

It can be an important time for us as humans - taking stock of where we are, the places we want to go and then making adjustments to our dreams, hopes and wishes as we move along the path we are on. Sometimes a little breather arrives in unexpected ways....

If you find yourself with some down time take it seriously enough to prepare for your next step, the next leg of the journey and to allow yourself the time to get into the space you need to be in. I find that this also engages the mind to take a larger part in walking the talk.

Our minds are powerful parts of the creative self and need to be involved in each phase of our journey. And there are so many ways to bring the mind into alignment with the body and soul. All it takes is some detoxing, clearing out and practice.

Walking, Talking, Living Souls - On A Journey

It's a lovely morning here so far - the sun is shining and the day holds a lot of promise. Actually life holds a lot of promise, and it lasts far longer then a day. One of the things on my mind today is energy - future or what is yet to be formed.

These last few days I have been witnessing within myself and around me the fallout (or processing) phase of my last detox. This one has been quite powerful and very necessary to my journey. Of course, if you have been reading along, what was coming up for me on my cleanse was resistance, wickedness and evil.

My physical body has taken a beating and I am still here with this cold (it is now a sinus thing) which has me eating copious amounts of garlic and taking it easy (well, not really, but I keep thinking about having a nap!). The most interesting thing about all of this is - the dark energy that is rising up, has been there all along.

There is not one thing new. This clearing involves lifetimes of heavy yukky energy that must move up and out in order for me to change my vibration from where I am right now. I once read that Yoda said all that you will find in the dark is what you take in with you.

And I would have to agree. Years ago I used to be involved in space clearing (sort of like ghost hunting) and the one certainty with this type of work is that in any house or space the only energy needing to be cleared comes from (is embedded in the tissue matrix) the occupants or the owners of the place.

It is not complicated or difficult to understand at all - if you can clear, detox, cleanse and otherwise remove negativity from within yourself (body, mind & soul) then it no longer has a hold on you. However, this takes considerably more work then just wishing, hoping or deciding to change your mind.

Although any of those are a good place to start. What must follow on from this is the actual physical clearing of your space and then most likely a deeper cleanse involving the soul. Ultimately all of the work we do is about the soul - indeed that is what we are....

Walking, talking, living souls - trying to get our lives back together as we find ourselves on this journey.

Planning My Next Master Cleanse

Today I have been busy once again cooking, tweaking my recipes and eating! I love this part of following The Pagan Diet...but of course I am equally looking forward to getting back to fasting tomorrow as my system has had enough food and there is always more work to be done.

The days spent fasting are as precious as the days enjoying good food - both have important purposes to serve and function in the overall pattern of life to move us forward along our spiritual path in some way. With a food day, all that you eat nourishes you - body, mind and soul. On a fasting day, your body breaks free of contaminants while cleaning out deep levels of the mind and soul.

I don't really have much of a plan yet for this week as far as fasting is concerned, there are some projects that I am working on (and fasting always helps my focus), but, I also have my last 10 day Master Cleanse to do before the end of August - making it 4 MC in four months.

This will start in the next few days in order to be finished before the end of the month which is another full moon. August is a very special month with the only blue moon this year and I have been looking forward to it all year. Lovely energy!

In fact this entire month has been all about shifting, changing and ramping up to something better, different and new. Each of these past few cleanses seem to have been preparing and building me up to this time - dissolving the blocks and obstacles that kept me far too long in a holding pattern.

Right now, I am intrigued by what each day, week and fast will bring me and of course, where I will be when I finish each leg of the journey - and this is a good place to be.

July Master Cleanse...Count Down!

Today is a food day, yesterday was a fast day and tomorrow I am starting my next Master Cleanse. Some of you may remember how I promised myself that I would complete at least 4 MC's this summer - and have already done two, one in May and one in June.

I am really looking forward to this next cleanse as I feel and can clearly see the progress that I am making in my life. It shows in the things that are happening on the outside of me such as changes in habits, patterns and people around me.

But this also is very evident in my thinking - as I explain in my book The Pagan Diet, our minds are more than 90% of the battle, so once you get your mind on side (detox enough to create a change in the gut) then this is not only easy but the best thing on earth.

This week I have been speaking to several people at various stages of fasting, Master Cleanses and transforming their lifestyle's - the one common thing that each of them mention has been how easy fasting is. Living this way (food, fast & feast) is straight forward and simple - no gimmicks, nothing weird about it - just clean food and clean water.

Right now I am doing the usual things before a cleanse, I am already thinking ahead to the theme and focus of this cleanse as I do each time I start one. This time around I would like to focus on places in my life where I feel blocked and held back. And I know that so many people out there are experiencing the same things in work, relationships, spirituality, creative pursuits, dreams and desires.

Of course you may remember that by about day 4 or day 5 some other co-patterns will emerge and this could go in a completely different direction! Yet, by the end of the cleanse the emotions and physical symptoms that need to move will have surfaced to be dealt with.

That is one of the most important aspects of having an open mind- it's the same when people come to see me for a reading. You may want to focus on a specific area which is fine, however, if your body has other ideas and needs you to concentrate on something else, this is important too. I have learned over the years that it will all lead you back to the same place or where ever it is that you need to be.

There are no detours on this trip, it is all part of the journey.

Have  sunny day where ever you are,

April
