Clearing Energy Attachments....Sea Salt & Water

So, this is my 7th week (I think!) working away at this – sea salt scrubs one day and brown sugar scrubs a couple of days later – to clear these energetic attachments that have been around in my life (running or ruining it!) for far too long.

I have done nearly everything over the years to remove energetic attachments from inside of my body and have discussed most of my efforts (fasting is always successful) here on my blogs. But, this phase of my journey has me working away at removing the outer level of toxins from the biggest detox organ we have – our skin.

Human skin is interesting in the way it is our body 'image' presented to the world – sort of the entire face of us. But also, it is our protective layer, a covering, part of our defences (read immune function) and most importantly a living ecosystem in it’s own right. 

Or at least it should be. Because, for most of us, that simply isn’t the case. 

This most important aspect of the skin which makes it ‘easy’ for spirits, orbs, energy releases such as dark entities and heavy energy to anchor onto us, is the fact that we generally believe our skin to be ‘clean’ once we take a shower and slather on some creams, lotions or potions…..

Of course this couldn’t be further from the truth. Taking a shower or a bath in toxic water will not make you clean, nor will it do anything to remove negative energies by breaking attachment sites. This can only be done with clean water (non treated) sea salt and sugar scrubs – literally removing these outer layers of skin each time…..

The key is to disrupt their (non beneficial organisms or energy attachments) communication base – which is especially important in the case of candida, viruses and their associated friends. You can do this on the inside of your body through fasting (again and again to re-set your gut and re-build the natural organisms).

Then on the outside of your body using the same methods….sea salt and something sweet to remove, disrupt and then re-grow the good guys. See….it’s all so simple! LOL

Fallen Angels, Energy Entities & Attachments

Now on day 9 of my detox and feeling tired but very good with more detox symptoms and lots of dreams. And I woke up this morning sensing that something has changed and I finally knew what it was...

It's all about Angels - especially the Fallen Angels who as many of you already know, are running rampart on the earth and have nearly everyone fooled and in their grasp. The main problem is they have set themselves up as the 'good guys' ...

So we have people calling on them, channelling and inviting them into their lives and bodies. Actually there are people calling in anything and everything - entities, ghosts, orbs, spirits, Angels -- without giving any thought to what might show up.

I remember back in the 90's mentioning this in a class I was attending and being resoundingly told that 'it was ok' - only to see those same people make themselves sick (and worse) because of all the energy attachments they had gathered. 

Right now the earth is over capacity with these energy leaches, something is going to give - perhaps this is the 12/12/12 energy shift because of one main event that must now take place; These energy entities are all low vibration attachments. They need human energy to live, function and feed off of....(I know heavy duty stuff this early in the day!)

Once human consciousness begins it's upward climb into loftier realms, if your body is healthy, clear and clean - these attachments will fall away. They cannot go higher, they can only exist on the lower levels of dimensional awareness.

No wonder we have so many frightened greedy people in the world - their food source is drying up.

48 Hours To Finish Line! Day 11

As of right now there are less then 48 hours left until juice day of my Master Cleanse and I am feeling pretty good. What I had hoped to discover this time around is if doing these extra days, past the 10 day mark has any added benefit.

The story so far this cleanse has been less clear to me then some of my other detoxes - in that there has yet to be any real theme emerge. Or so I thought. I now think it has been far more elusive, because I am clearing out old ghosts from the past.

And I mean that literally. In the energetic world, when someone passes on (or should have passed on but manages to remain here feeding off of others) this causes an energy disparity. Of course, those of us who work hard at living in balance within our own resources will find this to be a strain.

Unfortunately we all know people like this. They walk the streets, are family members, co-workers and so forth. Energy vampires are always on the look out for an opportunity to siphon off a free meal from any unprotected human.

All of this sounds like heavy, deep work - but it actually hasn't been. These past 11 days have been easy enough to navigate and I feel fairly good. But, I am really aware of the deep work taking place underneath the surface, especially around my back and kidneys. These are common places of attachment and this cleanse has been working away at breaking down these cords.

Today I have some detox symptoms - my tongue is still coated, my hair is still limp, my skin is a little bumpy, I can see shapes, lights, flashes and strands of energy waves moving within my energy field - as if a bit of re-patterning is going on.

Otherwise, my energy levels are good, I have been keeping up with my workouts, getting lots of work done on my new recipe book (Eat Like A Pagan), and the children are moving at a great pace with their school work. 

Most importantly to me, my dreams are back - full on! I have been dreaming non stop each night again of whales, open ocean, boats and last night of a beautiful house with a big central fireplace and marble floors. There was a cat and snow on the ground outside....

Well, off to start my day - it will be a good one!
